Income in the Siberian Wellness Consultant program varies widely. Many Consultants earn little or no income. Some Consultants may earn meaningful income, while others may earn no income at all. Individual results depend on many factors, including effort, time invested, sales activity, skills, and market conditions.
This Income Disclosure Statement (“Statement” or “IDS”) provides important information regarding the Company’s Consultant program and potential income. Any discussion of potential income must be truthful, substantiated, and consistent with this Statement.
This Statement should be read together with the Consultant Agreement, the Compensation Plan, and the Company’s other applicable Policies.
- Early-Stage Program – No Earnings Data
The Siberian Wellness Consultant program in the United States is newly established and in its early stages of development.
The Company does not currently have historical earnings data for Consultants in the United States. As a result, no average, typical, or median earnings can be provided, and no earnings examples or “success stories” should be considered representative.
The Company does not provide projections or estimates of potential income. Many Consultants, particularly in the early stages, may earn little or no income.
Earning income in this program requires consistent effort in product sales to bona fide end consumers and ongoing business activity. Individual results will vary based on factors such as effort, experience, skills, and market conditions.
Results achieved in other markets are not indicative of results in the United States and should not be relied upon.
The Company intends to collect and publish earnings data for U.S. Consultants once there is a sufficient operating history and will update this Statement accordingly.
- How Consultants May Earn Income
Consultants may earn income through product-related activities, including retail profit or discount/cashback on personal purchases, commissions on sales to retail customers, and additional commissions or bonuses based on the sales volume generated by a Consultant’s organization, in accordance with the Company’s compensation structure.
All compensation is tied to the sale of products to bona fide end consumers (customers who are not Consultants and who purchase primarily for personal use). Compensation is not paid solely for recruiting new Consultants or for personal consumption that is not supported by genuine retail sales activity.
The specific compensation structure, qualification requirements, and payout terms are set out in the Company’s Compensation Plan and applicable Policies, which may be updated from time to time.
Many Consultants participate primarily to obtain products at a discount and do not earn commissions. Earning commissions typically requires consistent sales activity, time, and effort.
- Expenses and Net Earnings
Consultants are responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with their participation in the program.
These expenses can significantly reduce, or in some cases exceed, any income earned. As a result, some Consultants may experience no net income or a net loss.
Typical expenses may include product purchases, marketing and promotional costs, optional training or events, shipping charges, and taxes. Consultants are responsible for their own tax obligations.
There is no required enrollment fee, starter kit, or mandatory inventory purchase. However, qualifying for certain types of compensation may require maintaining specified levels of personal sales or activity.
Net earnings, if any, represent income received minus all associated expenses. Because of these costs, many Consultants earn little or no net income.
- No Inventory Loading
The Company does not require Consultants to purchase inventory and does not encourage the purchase of products in quantities that are not reasonably intended for personal use or resale.
Orders are fulfilled through the Company’s website and shipped directly to customers or Consultants. Compensation is based on actual product sales to bona fide end consumers.
Consultants are expected to purchase products only in amounts reasonably necessary for personal use or legitimate resale. Practices that artificially increase purchase volume for the purpose of qualifying for compensation are not permitted.
- Rules Regarding Income Claims
Consultants must not make any statements about income that are false, misleading, or inconsistent with this Statement.
Consultants may not suggest that income is guaranteed, typical, or easily achieved. They should avoid presenting high or exceptional results in a way that could mislead others, including by emphasizing maximum or potential earnings without appropriate context.
Lifestyle or financial success claims should not be used unless they are accurate, not misleading, and properly qualified. When sharing personal experiences, Consultants must make clear that results vary and should refer others to this Statement.
All communications about the income opportunity must be truthful, reasonable, and consistent with Company policies and applicable law.
- Individual Results Will Vary
Income depends on individual effort, skill, experience, time invested, and market conditions.
Some Consultants may earn meaningful income, while others may earn little or no income. No representation is made that any Consultant will achieve results similar to those of any other participant.
- Future Updates to This Statement
The Company is committed to transparency. As the U.S. Consultant program develops and sufficient earnings data becomes available, the Company intends to update this Statement to include relevant earnings information.
This Statement will be reviewed periodically, and the most current version will be available on the Company’s website. Consultants must ensure that they rely on the current version when discussing the business opportunity.
