How to Order

Siberian Wellness LLC is pleased to offer a convenient and secure online shopping experience for both Privileged Clients and Consultants in the United States. To place an order, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1 — Product Selection
Browse our product catalog. Click the "Add to Cart" button next to any item you wish to purchase. You can continue browsing the catalog and adding items before proceeding to checkout.

Step 2 — Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your selected items. At this stage, you can adjust quantities or remove items as needed.

Step 3 — Authorization or Account Creation
To proceed with checkout, you will be prompted to log in or register:

  • Returning Customers and Consultants: Log in using your registered email address and password.
  • New Customers: You can create a new account. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view your purchase history, and manage shipping addresses.

Step 4 — Enter Shipping Address
Select a saved shipping address from your profile or enter a new one. Please ensure that the recipient's full name, address (including street and apartment/suite number), and phone number are accurate and complete. The recipient must be available at the specified shipping address to receive the package.

Step 5 — Select Payment Method
Choose your preferred online payment method from the available options. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or payment upon receipt.

Step 6 — Review and Confirm Order
Before finalizing your purchase, carefully review your order details, including the list of items, quantities, shipping address, and the total amount due (including applicable taxes and shipping costs).

Step 7 — Complete Purchase
Click "Buy Now" and follow the instructions on the secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon successful order placement and payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, the courier service will assign a tracking number, and a corresponding notification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can track the progress of your shipment using this number on the courier's website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update on the courier's website.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Personal Account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section.
