Shipping & Delivery Policy
Siberian Wellness LLC fulfills and ships all U.S. orders from our fulfillment center located in Illinois. We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day following successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery times are estimates and reflect typical transit times from our Illinois fulfillment center. Actual delivery dates may vary based on your geographic location, courier volume, and circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions or carrier disruptions). Siberian Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery zip code. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Siberian Wellness LLC reserves the right to offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be announced on the website.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time beyond the standard 2–5 business day estimate.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- The name of the courier service handling the delivery
Undeliverable Packages and Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Siberian Wellness LLC is not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a refund for the cost of the products (excluding original shipping charges).
Compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule
In full compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), Siberian Wellness LLC is committed to shipping all orders within the timeframes stated above. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will be provided with a clear option to either consent to the delay or cancel the order for a full and prompt refund of all funds paid.
